Mr. Akshaya Paridamy vision is

Contribute to odisha cricket by offering quality players who will not only make odisha proud but also the whole country feel proud of them by displaying their sheer talents and cricketing sense . We want to organise camps across the state as a possible way to discover raw talents. We are providing free coaching for needy players and want to take this free coaching facility to the next level where players will get free stuffs to play their game. We are even thinking of running sports hostel to accommodate poor fellows having natural ability to play outstanding cricket in the near future.

Apart from cricket we want to involve in social work too like plantation in suitable areas across the city for a green environment. We do have an aim to contribute some part to keep our city clean by organizing events like swachh varat aviyaan every month. Further, we are planning to make a monetary funds like poor boys fund. whose motto is to provide financial support to emerging players belonging to poor families.
